PMA Long Course 157 Eligibility Criteria includes the education requirements, physical requirements, Medical requirements, Nationality, and many others. If these basic requirements are not fulfilled, the student will not be able to join the Pakistan Army through the PMA Long Course.
To join the PMA long course, students must meet the eligibility criteria and requirements for joining the Pakistan Military Academy. If the candidate meets these parameters, he can apply for the PMA Long Course for the 2025 course. The Pakistan Military Academy selects candidates who meet its requirements, such as academic knowledge, physical strength, medical fitness, and mental fitness.
Eligibility Criteria For PMA Long Course 157
Only male students who have already joined the Pakistani army can apply for the PMA Long course 157. These are general students who can apply only if they are enrolled. However, those already in the military and are soldiers can apply if they are enrolled as well. Below are the complete basic criteria available to join the Pakistan Army as an officer.
Height Requirement
In the medical test, the height of the aspirant very important factor. If you are under height of 5.4 means 5 feet 4 inches, then you are not eligible for this seat. Along with this, the height which has been mentioned in the physical retirement then the minimum height should be 162.5 cm for the eligibility criteria for second lieutenant.
Educational Requirements
If we talk about the educational requirements, then you must pass the FSc or the equivalent degree with at least 50 percent marks. If you clear your first year and your 2nd year result is pending, then you must apply for the hope certificate issued by the concerned college or institution.
Marks Requirements
Along with this, army soldiers, if their marks are even 50%, can apply. In this way, the Pakistan Air Force has also made personnel with two-year degrees eligible.
Initial Test
If you apply with this, then after this, you people will have to go through an initial test. In the beginning, you will have a verbal test and a non-verbal test. After the intelligence test, you will have an academic test.
Physical Test
After clearing your physical test, you are called for the physical test, in which they test your running, ditch crossing, pushups, chin-ups, etc.
Medical Test
After this, if you clear your initial test, academic and intelligence, then on the same day or a day after that, you will be given a medical test. If you have a problem with that test, then you will be referred to CMH.
Final Interview Process
After this, if you clear your initial test, physical, and medical, then you will also be given an ISSB form. You will fill out that form and add it there, and your initial interview and qualifying examination will take place, which means the day you go for the interview, the interview will take place on the same day, and yours will also take place.
If you get rejected in the initial interview, then you are not eligible to fill out the ISSB form. If you pass the initial interview, then on the same day, they will ask you to get the ISSB form from the center provided.
Duration at the Centre Of ISSB
For this, you will need to spend approximately 5-6 days in the center. Your final interview will take place there for the entire day, and your final medical examination will also occur. In these 5-6 days at the ISSB center, you pass through the different tests, including the physical and mental tests.
